excellent for creating sculptural effects. when a matte finish is desired. added to acrylic colours and water-based mediums, it offers the working characteristics of oil products or encaustic painting. it pairs perfectly with matte colours, as it does not accentuate transparency and does not alter the position of the colours. do not add more than 25% to the colour, as its acrylic resin content is not sufficient to act as a binder, so an excessive quantity could compromise the stability of the colour veil.
